Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care and efficiency.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to preserve their appearance and longevity.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, paying special attention to kitchens and bathrooms.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage janitorial responsibilities including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition.
• Assist with light housekeeping management tasks when needed, supporting overall home organization and upkeep.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and floor care methods.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Basic familiarity with laundry processes and stain removal techniques.
• Prior janitorial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
