We are looking for part-time residential cleaners to join our team in the Atlanta area! We are dedicated to paying a living wage, taking care of our staff’s well-being, and fostering a safe work environment. Currently, we are looking for part-time employees who are interested in growing with our business.

This position is perfect for:

• Anyone that is a self-starter, takes initiative, and can problem-solve
• Someone that is friendly, and understands how to provide great customer service. This is generally a low-interaction position, but occasionally there will be times where you interact with your clients. Building a rapport increases your tips!
• Someone that loves to clean! (Or at least loves to be paid to clean!)

Professional cleaning experience is not required, but cleaning experience in some capacity is! Even if it’s your own home.

Requirements for consideration:

• Must be available a minimum of 10 hours a week, Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm. Opportunities to work Saturday and Sunday may be available if you are interested.
• We currently cannot guarantee 10 hours of work per week, but to be able to schedule appointments, having 10 hours available is needed.
• Have the physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including but not limited to bending, standing for long periods of time, walking up and down stairs or steep surfaces, kneeling, squatting, lifting items up to 25lbs, etc. for up to 8 hours in a day.
• Have a phone with data, texting, and calling capabilities
• Be able to pass a background check
• Have reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and a valid driver’s license
• Able to take jobs in the greater Atlanta area including all of Atlanta, Decatur, Tucker, Stone Mountain, Clarkston, Avondale Estates, and more. We will take where you live into consideration when scheduling appointments.
• Willing to complete a I-9 form and ability to accept payments via direct deposit
• Cleaning experience in some capacity, even if it’s your own home. Must be able to prove that you have cleaning knowledge
• Able to provide updated availability with us on weekly basis so we can accurately and quickly schedule appointments
• Must be comfortable working around dogs, cats, or other pets
• Must be at least 18 years old

Nice-to-haves:

What you can expect:

Cleaning supplies:

• We will supply all required cleaning supplies.

Schedule:

• Appointments start between 9am-10am or 12-1pm, Monday through Friday, but sometimes can start as early as 8am. We aim to not work past 6pm.
• Once you are approved to clean without a lead cleaner, you can have up to two houses per day. Deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleans will always only be one home per day and a maximum of 8 hours per day.
• We aim to give you a notice of 7 days before a job at minimum, but occasionally we may ask if you are available on a shorter notice.

Training:

• We will fully train you on our standards. During training you will be paid $20/hr and once training is complete your pay will be $22/hour.

Dress code:

• Please come to work neat, clean, and hygienic. We recommend close-toed, slip-resistant, waterproof, comfortable shoes. Your shoes will get wet when cleaning showers, so keep that in mind when choosing footwear. We also suggest full length pants to protect your skin and wearing long hair pulled back. We suggest wearing all black or dark colors to prevent staining.
