Job Description

Vick Cleaning Company is looking to add dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Team Members to our growing team. We may have immediate openings available for the right candidates.

This position is primarily residential cleaning, with occasional light commercial crossover and the potential for additional commercial shifts in the future. Experience is not required — we are willing to train the right person. What matters most to us is strong values, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Most shifts are Monday through Friday, typically starting around 8:00 AM, though some days may start a little earlier. The day usually ends mid to late afternoon depending on the schedule.

This position usually involves working as part of a team, but there may also be times when you are working solo. This is a team member position with room to grow for the right person.

Responsibilities

Perform residential cleaning services as part of a team and occasionally solo

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, surfaces, and other assigned areas

Follow company cleaning procedures and checklists

Pay close attention to detail and quality

Communicate with team members and supervisors

Represent the company professionally in clients’ homes

Occasionally assist with light commercial cleaning as needed

Requirements

Must be dependable and show up on time

Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day

Must be able to bend, lift, reach, carry supplies, and be on your feet for extended periods

Must be comfortable working in different homes and environments

Must be able to follow instructions and company procedures

Must have strong attention to detail
