Residential Cleaner / Housekeeper — Miami — Weekly Pay — Hiring This Week

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring Residential Cleaners / Housekeepers in Miami this week for home cleaning, apartment cleaning, condo cleaning, and move-in / move-out cleaning jobs.This position is for someone who has real cleaning experience, shows up on time, works carefully, and takes pride in doing the job right. We are looking for reliable people who can follow a checklist, communicate clearly, and maintain high cleaning standards in clients’ homes.

Weekly pay available. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available depending on your experience, reliability, and availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Residential Cleaner / Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning homes, apartments, condos, and move-in / move-out properties across the Miami area. Your work may include cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, surfaces, mirrors, sinks, showers, toilets, appliances, and common areas. You may also handle dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and light organizing when needed.You will be expected to follow cleaning checklists, complete jobs on schedule, report any issues to management, and maintain a professional attitude with clients and team members.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates should have previous experience in one or more of the following areas: residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, Airbnb cleaning, maid service, apartment cleaning, or move-in / move-out cleaning.You must be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently without constant supervision. Reliable transportation is strongly preferred. You must be able to communicate by phone or text and be available to start this week.

English or Spanish speakers are welcome.

SKILLS NEEDED

• Cleaning experience: Must understand proper home cleaning standards and basic sanitation.
• Attention to detail: Must clean carefully, not just quickly.
• Reliability: Must show up on time, communicate properly, and avoid no-shows.
• Time management: Must complete assigned jobs within the scheduled time while maintaining quality.
• Communication: Must respond to calls and texts and communicate professionally with management and clients.
• Physical ability: Must be able to stand, bend, lift supplies, vacuum, mop, and perform active cleaning work.

PAY
