Residential Cleaning Technician

Pay: $20/hour during training (top performers earn $900–$1,100/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends)
Location: Mandan/Bismarck and surrounding areas

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning residential homes (routine + deep cleaning)
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and detailed areas
• Following proven systems and checklists (we train you)
• Creating a positive, professional experience for every client
