Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as wash/dry/fold laundry, hand wash dishes, organizing.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and supplies, restock materials as needed, and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned appointments within scheduled windows while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with clients
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Familiarity with cleaning products and safety guidelines is highly desirable
• Experience in housekeeping management can be advantageous but is not required
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service whether supervised or unsupervised.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
