• Handle pre-set, high-intent solar appointments
• Guide homeowners through tailored solar solutions
• Convert opportunities into signed agreements
• Consistently hit and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven closing experience
• Background in solar, roofing, or home improvement preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred)
• Confident communicator and skilled closer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
