Residential / Commercial Cleaner – $20/hr + Monthly Bonuses

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and dependable Residential / Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a variety of spaces. Ideal candidates are punctual, trustworthy, and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
• Ensure all work areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks as required, such as post-construction cleaning or event cleanup.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment responsibly.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Work independently or as part of a crew to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
