Residential & Commercial Cleaning Team Leader

We are looking to add another Cleaning Professional Team Leader to our crew. We are a busy cleaning service specializing in residential and commercial cleaning. Looking for a motivated team member to grow with our company. Part time or full time work with room for advancement and performance based bonuses!

Responsibilities

• Drive one team to and from each account.
• Delegate cleaning tasks to each team member for each account.
• Clean, stock, and supply designated job site or facility area.
• Cleaning tasks include: (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Leadership skills
• Proven working experience as a cleaner
• Basic computer / smartphone knowledge
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Must have valid CT drivers license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
