Residential & Commercial HVAC Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential & Commercial HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties. Duties

• Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems in residential and commercial settings
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure precise installation
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation
• Conduct plumbing connections and integrate refrigeration components such as ammonia refrigeration systems when applicable
• Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters to identify electrical issues and perform equipment repair or replacement as needed
• Weld, fabricate, or modify components to meet project specifications and safety standards
• Ensure all installations comply with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction-related fields with a focus on HVAC installation or service technician roles
• Strong mechanical knowledge including familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems
• Field service experience with appliance repair, property maintenance, or similar technical work
• Ability to operate tools such as welding equipment and ohmmeters safely and effectively
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for transporting equipment or materials
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems is highly desirable
• Experience working with mechanical components like pumps, valves, ductwork, and electrical wiring
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively

Pay: $22.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
