Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Manager to coordinate and communicate with homeowners through their residential construction projects within the Greater Cincinnati Ohio Area.
The ideal candidate will possess independent project management skills pertaining to electric, carpentry (framing and trim), plumbing, drywall, HVAC, painting, tile and flooring.
This role involves managing various construction projects at a time and ensuring projects adhere to schedules and budgets, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
The Residential Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering successful residential developments that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Duties
- Lead and manage all phases of residential construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project flow.
- Prepare and review construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid or comparable estimating software.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective purchasing aligned with project timelines.
- Monitor construction progress on-site, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, contracts, and safety standards.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for document control, reporting, and communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and contractual obligations efficiently.
- Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on residential projects; minimum of 3 years preferred.
- Strong skills in project scheduling, project coordination, and time management to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability in construction estimating and managing project budgets effectively.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors on-site.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in residential construction environments.
- Effective communication skills for clear coordination with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
