Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager (Residential Construction) to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for construction management to drive projects forward efficiently and safely. You will be instrumental in maintaining project schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Duties

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate project activities with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes efficiently to optimize project costs and timelines
  • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and milestones.
  • Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor project costs through construction estimating techniques and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate progress, resolve issues promptly, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Coordinate activities related to city permit process
  • Schedule coordination with inspectors, and in-house finish teams
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Skills

  • Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on large-scale sites.
  • Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate execution of plans.
  • Knowledge of contracts management to negotiate terms effectively while minimizing risks.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams including subcontractors, architects, interior designers, field workers and owners.

Benefits

  • Currently available 40 hrs. sick time per year, No PTO, No Health Insurance
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM, Closed on Bank Holidays
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay will depend on skills and/or experience

Job Type: Full-time, In Person

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
