Residential Construction Specialist

Custom Concrete Solutions is looking for a Residential Construction Specialist to work directly with homeowners on concrete and hardscape projects.

This is not a traditional sales position. There are no cold calls, no chasing leads, and no high-pressure tactics. Instead, you’ll meet with homeowners, understand their goals, and guide them through real project decisions—from initial conversation to finalized plan.

We’re looking for someone who can communicate clearly, carry themselves professionally, and take ownership of their work. If you’re dependable, motivated, and willing to learn, we’ll provide the training and tools to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Evaluate project spaces and discuss options
• Guide clients through design and material decisions
• Develop accurate, professional estimates
• Build trust and maintain strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presence and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working independently
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Experience in construction, estimating, or customer-facing roles is helpful—but not required. We train the right person.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $35,000/year
• Commission: $75,000 – $300,000+ based on performance / Gross Sales
