Residential Construction Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, ensuring that all phases of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Utilize construction management software to track progress, manage budgets, and report on project status.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Implement best practices in time management to optimize workflow and productivity on-site.
• Utilize CoConstruct for project planning and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving project goals.
• Ability to take direction and become proficient in project management software.
