Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of residential structures, including framing, drywall, and trim carpentry
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete various tasks on-site
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, tile, glass panels, and other fixtures according to specifications
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project
• Collaborate with team members to manage project timelines and maintain a safe work environment at all times
• Assist with demolition, restoration projects, and site cleanup as needed to support seamless project flow

Experience

• Prior experience working on residential construction sites or related fields is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes is advantageous
• Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings is highly desirable
• Skills in the installation of appliances, electrical work, framing, or heavy equipment operation will set you apart
• Knowledge of various construction techniques, including framing, carpentry, and remodeling, is beneficial
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship
• Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites ensures a secure working environment for everyone
