Direct Support Professional – Residential Group Home

Make a real difference every day! Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or autism in a residential group home. Help residents live their best life safely, independently, and happily.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with daily living, meals, hygiene, and medication
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support personal goals and encourage independence
• Keep residents safe and advocate for their rights

What We’re Looking For:

• 18+ with a valid driver’s license
• High School diploma or GED
• Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented
• Experience with developmental disabilities or autism a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, walk, climb stairs, squat, bend
• Lift 50+ lbs and assist residents as needed
