About the Role

• Conduct in-home solar, roof & window consultations
• Educate homeowners on solar energy, battery backup, windows, roofing and long-term energy savings
• Present customized solutions using a proven sales process
• Close deals and guide customers through the installation process
• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred (solar experience not required)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet homeowners
• Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented
• Must live in Central Maryland or Washington, DC
