House Cleaner

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented house cleaners with 6 months to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate understands the difference between standard and deep cleaning and has the tools and equipment necessary to perform their job efficiently.

This is an independent contractor position. Pay rates are based on experience and can increase as you grow with the company. Reliable transportation is a must. Cleaners keep 100% of the tips they earn.

Required Equipment and Supplies:

• Mop/Vacuum
• Duster
• Towels/Rags
• Broom
• Cleaning solutions for various surfaces (hardwood, tile, etc.)

Job Details:

• Flexible Scheduling – Choose your availability, and jobs will be assigned accordingly.
• Experience-Based Pay – Competitive pay rates with opportunities for growth based on performance and tenure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Clean glass surfaces, including windows and mirrors.
• Change and launder bed linens.
• Organize and tidy rooms and common areas.
• Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistent quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial roles (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with professional cleaning standards (commercial or hotel cleaning experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of floor care, including carpet cleaning and maintenance, is an advantage.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and cleaning protocols.
