Green Room Cleaners is a family-owned, non-toxic residential cleaning company serving the Nashville/Crieve Hall/ East/ West areas. We are hiring House Cleaners to join our fast-growing team!

Experience is preferred, but we can train anyone!

Who we are looking for:

Our ideal candidates are individuals who arrive at the job with a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a clear knowledge of cleaning products and methods used for proper house cleaning. As a cleaner, your main tasks will include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and with a teammate as well as follow instructions given by our team leaders. You must maintain a respectful and honest manner in our clients' homes as you represent our company.

House Cleaner duties include:
- Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

You must be physically capable of performing light to strenuous labor. This job requires bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and going up and down stairs.

The Perfect Candidate may match one or all of these traits:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Familiarity with different cleaning equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
