Residential home nurse

• Provide care to patients in their own homes.
• Assist with daily activities like eating, bathing, and dressing.
• Monitor vital signs and health status.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Help with mobility and physical therapy.
• Perform wound care and other medical tasks.
• Work with doctors and family on care plans.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment.
• Offer emotional support to patients.
• Keep accurate records of patient care.
