Residential House Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry, kitchen cleaning, and bathroom sanitation.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
• Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of all cleaning tasks.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding health and safety standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping management, preferably in residential or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in the industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time efficiently.
• Experience with laundering items such as linens and towels is a plus.
