Overview
We are expanding, and looking to find hard working, reliable, and detail-oriented people to join our team! Peak Performance Cleaning serves (mostly) the North Metro area, and operates Monday-Friday during business hours 9AM-4:30PM. We cover a variety of services, including routine residential house cleaning, real estate cleaning needs, post-construction cleans, commercial cleaning, and partial cleans!

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Provide floor care services such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain the appearance of floors.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client requests and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure sanitation standards are met consistently.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with various cleaning equipment and products used in both residential and commercial settings.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Background in janitorial or hotel housekeeping management is beneficial but not mandatory. If you have a passion for cleanliness and take pride in your work, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a House Cleaner.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
