We are seeking a dedicated Residential House Cleaning Professional to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional cleaning services in private homes, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience in various cleaning and sanitation tasks. Prior janitorial, custodial, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued. This position is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain floors through appropriate care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards and are maintained in a hygienic condition
• Manage kitchen cleanliness by performing tasks like dishwashing and surface sanitization; may include basic cooking when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' homes and addressing any special requests or concerns
• Use proper janitorial supplies and equipment safely and efficiently to complete cleaning tasks
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage during cleaning procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning preferred
• Skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and general housekeeping management are desirable
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving around large spaces
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality service
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Reliable transportation is preferred for timely access to client locations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining communication with team members
