The Role

• Location: Grand Forks. ND (30 mile radius)
• Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time available
• Schedule: Day shifts, Monday–Friday (some flexibility available)
• Pay: $20–$23/hr average (performance-based + tips + bonuses)

What You'll Do

• Clean residential homes using TLC's proven systems and checklists
• Work independently or with a partner
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results for repeat clients
• Represent TLC professionally in clients' homes
