Residential Housekeeper // House cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for clients to live in. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various cleaning tasks efficiently.

The jobs will include regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning and ad-hoc request. Prior experience is a plus and reliable transportation is a must.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Follow established sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for all occupants.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with floor care equipment and carpet cleaning methods is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and guests.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
