• Hourly Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (most days). Occasional overtime may be required.

What You'll Do:

• Install high-quality residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
• Perform new installations, system changeouts, ductwork modifications, and related tasks
• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship on every job
• Represent the company professionally and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on doing things the right way

Requirements:

• Solid experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous learning
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
