Residential HVAC Installer

**IMMEDIATE OPENING**
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing residential HVAC system installations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and guiding installation helpers to complete projects safely and efficiently.

This position requires strong technical knowledge of heating and cooling systems, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.

Responsiblities:

• Lead installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and indoor air quality equipment
• Supervise and train installation helpers or junior technicians
• Ensure installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and other personnel about installation progress and system operation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites
• Complete installation documentation and job reports
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems are operating properly before completion

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience installing split systems, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Ability to read installation diagrams and blueprints
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a lead installer or crew leader
• HVAC trade school training
• Experience with new construction and retrofit installations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
