Residential HVAC Installer

HVAC, Residential New Construction Installer
We are looking for all levels of HVAC installers. Journeyman installers who are looking for good company with stable workload and apprentice installers that are looking to grow into an experienced journeyman installers.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

• Installation of ductwork, gas piping, refrigeration piping and HVAC equipment in new homes and remodeled homes
• Learn proper installation techniques from coworkers
• Follows work instructions and safety rules.
• Employs customer Code of Ethics.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Resume showing prior work experience
• Ideal candidates may have some vocational training
• Any experience working in custom residential homes is beneficial
• History of long term employment is preferred

Required Skills

• Mechanical aptitude Skills
• Skill in performing routine manual labor installing ductwork and other mechanical tasks
• Use of various hand/power tools common to trade
• Mechanically inclined learning through observation and hands on experience
• The ability to follow routine, verbal, and written instructions
• The ability to communicate with team members and customers effectively
• Capable of maintaining professional working relationships with team members
• The ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and implement ideas related to mechanical codes.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required if driving any company vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
