Duties

• Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns.
• Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required by the job.
• Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC Installation experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Installation experience with traditional split systems, hydronic systems, mini-split systems, humidifiers, water heaters, Space-pak and Unico systems
• Work with industry-related tools, materials and supplies including ductwork
• Ability to regularly move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Detail oriented and customer service focused
• Strong listening and communication skills
• NATE Certification a plus
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Willingness and ability to learn, attend classes for professional advancement
• Residential HVAC: 5 years (Required)

Job Type: Full Time - on road in northern Chicago, western, and northwest suburbs (including southern WI)

• Work Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week - because real careers require real commitment.
• Rotating On Call & Weekend schedules
• Compensation: Hourly (based on experience)

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
