We are a fast growing, veteran-owned company located in East Dundee. We primarily service, repair and install residential and light commercial equipment. We are not a private equity company, but a family-owned company.

Compass Heating & Air is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Lead and HVAC Installer who takes pride in precision installs.
