Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to spearhead the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely project completion. As the HVAC Installer you will utilize your mechanical expertise, technical skills, and leadership abilities to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on the job HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring all work aligns with the Monticello Air way.
• Works as a team to complete projects on time.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately install HVAC systems, refrigeration units.
• Manage truck inventory and ensure all tools, parts, and materials are accounted for. Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition and safeguard company assets, including inventory, HVAC equipment, and company vehicles.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to determine project scope, equipment requirements, and potential challenges before installation begins.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations and company policies throughout all phases of work.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, safety inspections, quality control checks, and equipment specifications.
• Handle stressful situations and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Required- HVAC Experience of at least six months.
• Knowledge of HVAC Install practices.
• Ability to operate all tools including welding equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with field maintenance procedures is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
