We're currently seeking an Entry Level HVAC Install Assistant who wants to grow in a career, has a mix of technical precision, strong people skills and a sturdy desire to learn and understand changing smart home technology.

We will train you if you are mechanical and have a desire to learn.

Qualifications:

• Technical aptitude for new smart-home technology and changing codes.
• Strong mechanical skills and focus on quality work.
• Patient, methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent interpersonal and team communication skills.
• Highly motivated to complete intensive field training.
• Capable of following detailed technical directions.
• Focused on continuous customer service development.
• Able to lift 100 lbs and maintain high physical stamina.
• Strict adherence to honesty, ethics, and home boundaries.
• Insurable driving record.
• Owns required trade hand tools.

What you will be training /striving toward:

• Support the installation of residential/light commercial HVAC systems according to company standards.
• Provide clear, professional communication to customers and coworkers regarding diagnostics and solutions.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment as required.
• Ensure all service tickets and reports are completed accurately and in detail.
• Utilize, maintain, and stay updated on smart home HVAC technologies.
• Maintain high safety standards and uphold company values.

Work Hours:

8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime

Weekend and Evening on-call rotation after training
