About the Role: We're looking for a skilled and dependable Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new and existing homes — doing quality work that our customers can count on. What You'll Do

• Perform full installations of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Run refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and ductwork according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Commission and test all newly installed equipment to ensure proper and efficient operation
• Accurately read job specifications and technical installation manuals
• Communicate professionally with homeowners while maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Collaborate effectively with other installers, comfort advisors and service technicians to complete projects.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2–5 years of proven experience in residential HVAC installation
• Current EPA 608 certification is required
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical fundamentals, refrigeration, and airflow design
• Ability to operate independently while managing time effectively on every job site
• Valid driver’s license and a consistently clean driving record
• Physical ability to work comfortably in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor elements
• A strong work ethic paired with a positive, team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ductless mini-split systems
• Experience installing split systems and mini splits in a commercial setting
• Current NATE certification
• Working knowledge of local building codes and the permitting process

Schedule Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-call/weekend rotation is required

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
