Residential HVAC Installer

Breezr is a growing local HVAC team providing fast, smart, energy efficient installation solutions across Los Angeles. We take pride in delivering top tier work, from modern heat pump retrofits to complete residential system changeouts. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail oriented HVAC Installer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including split systems, heat pumps, mini splits, and furnaces, to manufacturer specifications

Remove old equipment and execute full system changeouts efficiently

Run ductwork, connect refrigerant lines, braze, vacuum, and charge systems properly

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Deliver professional, respectful interaction and clear communication with homeowners

Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and local building codes

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience with residential HVAC installation workflows

Strong, hands on working knowledge of mini split systems is required

Experience with concealed ducted systems is a major plus

Must possess your own reliable vehicle suitable for transporting standard tools and traveling to job sites across the Los Angeles area

Must have your own complete set of industry standard hand tools and installation gear

Strong understanding of airflow, duct sizing, and basic low voltage wiring for new setups

Ability to handle the physical workload, including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces like attics and crawlspaces

Dependable, punctual, and highly detail oriented regarding craftsmanship

Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record

Schedule:

Monday to Friday with potential for overtime hours depending on project demands

Flexible part time or full time structures available

Work Location:

On the road (Dispatching directly to installation projects throughout the Los Angeles area)
