✅What You’ll Be Doing

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you’ll be responsible for installing complete systems in residential homes. You’ll ensure each job is completed with integrity, professionalism, and a deep respect for the customer’s home and comfort.

✅Your day-to-day:

• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, ventilation systems, air purifiers, and thermostats
• Travel to job sites in a fully stocked company vehicle
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential environments
• Communicate clearly with team members and homeowners
• Deliver clean, code-compliant workmanship every time

✅Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years Experience in residential HVAC installs
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Clean, professional workmanship and appearance
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and varied conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a drug test (excluding THC) and background check
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Located near Murrieta, CA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
