What You'll Be Doing

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Install and modify ductwork systems for proper airflow and system efficiency
• Run refrigeration lines, gas piping, and electrical components
• Test, start up, and verify system performance
• Ensure all work meets company standards and applicable codes
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and correctly

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices
• Experience with:
  • Ductwork installation
  • Refrigeration piping
  • Gas piping
  • Electrical and low-voltage components
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation layouts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Safety-minded with strong organizational skills
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
