Position: Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay Range: Top Performers make $127K - $147K A Year, Based on Performance!

Compensation Breakdown:

Hourly Rate: $28 - $45 per hour depending on experience
Annual Range: $127K - $147K A Year! Based on Performance
Commission: Top performers make $53K+ A Year!
Up to 5% commission on each HVAC system, IAQ, and ductwork sales.
Hourly bonus each week based on their truck revenue for that week.
On Call bonus: $50 each weekend
Other: Additional raises for additional certifications and skills

Location: Anderson, SC

Schedule:

Full-Time
Monday to Friday: 8 hour shift, 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift Day Shift

Requirements:

5+ years residential HVAC service and repair experience (Preferred)
EPA certification
Strong diagnostic skills
Valid driver’s license and clean record
Able to pass drug screening
Sales confidence and strong communication skills preferred
