We are growing and looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

Position Details

Pay: $18/hr. - $25/hr.- Depending on Experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with rotating oncall shifts

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• Provide outstanding customer service and clearly explain HVAC options
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs
• Deliver highquality workmanship while following all safety standards
• Work efficiently during regular hours, with occasional overtime during peak seasons

Required ExperienceSkills

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification
