Responsibilities:

• Understand the sequence of operation for heating equipment and refrigeration cycle.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs various makes and models of HVAC equipment.
• Repairs and maintains thermostats, air filters, blower fans, belts, and bearings.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs various makes and models of HVAC equipment air conditioning maintenance and furnace troubleshooting.
• Maintenance and furnace/boiler troubleshooting.
• Communicate well with all customers and provide recommendations.
• Attend training seminars for Carrier products and other brands of equipment.
• Maintain personal tools according to company guidelines.
• Have a commitment to high-level customer service while prioritizing safety.
• Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.

Qualifications:

• Actively seeking individuals with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC services
• EPA Certificate
• Former Geothermal maintenance troubleshooting is a plus
• Formal vocational training is a plus
• Former NATE training a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable DMV report
• Ability to pass a background and pre-employment drug screen
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds
• The physical ability to bend, squat, kneel, grasp, manipulate hand and power tools
