Residential HVAC Service Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in service technician roles. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Duties

• Maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Conduct field service calls to address customer concerns and provide solutions
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Sales of new equiptment necessary.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC/R systems.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding HVAC design principles.
• Experience in plumbing, appliance repair, property maintenance, and equipment repair is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
