- HVAC Service Technicians

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with EPA regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in refrigeration and air conditioning units.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for HVAC design and installation.
• Provide excellent customer service while communicating with clients about service needs.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs performed.
• - Knowledge of Lennox, Carrier, Goodman, and Trane Equipment
• - Need to be able to work on damper systems
• - Mini - split equipment knowledge is preferred, not required.
• - Understanding of different types of Thermostats and communicating systems.
• - EPA Certification & TDLR HVAC technician's license is a Must
• - Dehumidifiers
• - Know and understand current Codes and be able to perform work to meet such codes
• Able to meet and exceed daily goals and follow company workflows for recommendations, repairs, and upgrades for optimal customer experience.

ALL TECHNICIANS MUST

- Have a clean driving record

- Be subjected to a back ground check

- Operate a Service Tablet/ Computer

- Good communication

- Timely and reliable

- This position is required to run and on- call schedule one day a week and every 5th weekend.

Compensation: TBD - Hourly and Commission
