We are growing and looking for a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team!
Position Summary
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. This role ensures all work meets company standards and provides every customer with a highquality service experience. This position will also assist in training service technicians and provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.

Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm Some evenings and weekends may be required
Required Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid driver's license
-
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
-
Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting methods

Experience making repair vs. replace recommendations
-
Ability to obtain a low-voltage license within 2 years

Strong customer service skills

Ability to obtain NATE certification within 1 year

Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles

Ability to operate scissors and genie lifts safely

Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices

Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques
Preferred Qualifications

Universal EPA Certification

Completion of an HVAC Technical School program

NATE Certification
-
2+ years of HVAC experience
-
Insurable driving record

Possession of required hand tools
