We are growing and looking for a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

Position Summary

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. This role ensures all work meets company standards and provides every customer with a highquality service experience. This position will also assist in training service technicians and provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm Some evenings and weekends may be required

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting methods
  • Experience making repair vs. replace recommendations
  • Ability to obtain a low-voltage license within 2 years
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to obtain NATE certification within 1 year
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles
  • Ability to operate scissors and genie lifts safely
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
  • Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Completion of an HVAC Technical School program
  • NATE Certification
  • 2+ years of HVAC experience
  • Insurable driving record
  • Possession of required hand tools
