The Role: Selling Service Technician

This is not a parts changer position. You will diagnose residential HVAC systems accurately, communicate clearly with homeowners, present repair and replacement options professionally, build trust through education, and close repair opportunities ethically. You will maintain an organized vehicle and represent Elite at a high standard in every home.

You must be strong technically and conversationally.
