What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems
• Performing thorough system evaluations and identifying root-cause issues
• Presenting repair and replacement options in a clear, homeowner-friendly manner
• Educating customers on long-term solutions and system performance
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience on every call
• Collaborating with field leadership on larger repair and replacement opportunities
• Maintaining accurate documentation and job records
• Representing the company professionally in customers' homes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to homeowners
• Sales-minded approach focused on helping customers make informed decisions
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Compensation100% Performance-Based Commission

Our compensation plan is designed to reward technicians who consistently perform at a high level.

Typical Earnings:

• Solid Performer: $80,000–$120,000
• High Performer: $120,000–$200,000+
• Top Producers: Unlimited earning potential

You'll earn commissions on:

• Approved repairs
• System replacements
• Additional services and solutions
