Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Assistant, located in Boca Raton, FL. The Interior Design Assistant will assist designers in creating interior spaces by supporting space planning, developing floor plans, and selecting furniture. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, coordinating vendor and client communications, and ensuring that design projects progress smoothly. The role also involves assisting with client presentations and conducting product research to align with design goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and developing Floor Plans
• Strong skills in Interior Design and Furniture selection
• Effective verbal and written Communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is highly desirable
• A degree or certification in Interior Design or a related field is preferred
• Experience in vendor coordination or project management is a plus
