Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer and Renderer to join our creative team. This role involves developing innovative interior design concepts, creating high-quality renderings, and collaborating closely with clients and project teams to bring visions to life. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and experience with various design software to produce compelling visualizations for residential, commercial, or renovation projects.
Duties
- Develop interior design concepts from initial client consultations through final presentation.
- Create detailed 3D renderings and visualizations using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino 3D, or Revit to accurately depict design ideas.
- Prepare construction documents and drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, and CAD software in compliance with project specifications.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production editing of renderings and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure design intent aligns with budget, timeline, and functional requirements.
- Assist in lighting design and sales strategies to enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality of spaces.
- Conduct site visits for remodeling, renovation, or construction projects to oversee implementation and ensure quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to lighting sales, interior design innovations, and construction practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max (or 3ds <PERSON>), Rhino 3D, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar programs.
- Strong drafting skills with an understanding of color theory and interior design principles.
- Experience in lighting design, remodeling, renovation projects, and construction processes.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies along with budgeting skills for interior projects.
- Ability to create compelling visual presentations that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
