High-end residential Kitchen and Bath Company in the South Hills is seeking a full-time Design Sales associate with experience who is dynamic and passionate about Residential Kitchen, Bath, Interior Remodeling. In this role, you will be the key driver of customer engagement, blending creative interior design expertise with exceptional sales skills. Your energetic approach will inspire clients, guiding them through the design process from concept to completion while ensuring their vision becomes reality. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Follow Kitchen and Bath process

Initial meeting with customers (over the phone or in showroom)

Measure kitchen or bath at customer’s homes

Design floor plan, elevation, perspective options

Quote products for initial project designs

Present and sell ideas to customers

Schedule meetings for the products selection process with customers (all meetings in our showroom)

Order products for each project

Oversee with the operations manager the installation and completion of jobs

Visit the jobs in-progress as required

Complete final walk-thru with customers

Meet with customers, answer phones and take Kitchen, Bath and Interior Remodel leads

Help maintain showroom

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must have a working knowledge of 2020 and Chief Architect or similar software

A minimum of 3 years of experience designing Kitchens and Bathrooms

Familiarity with plumbing products, cabinetry, countertops, etc.

Professional presence, positive attitude, ability to communicate and work well with others and the clients are essential

Proven sales experience

COMPENSATION: Based on experience. Bonus opportunities available

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Evenings by appointment

No weekends unless the client requires.

On-site appointments as per client’s allotted time available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
