The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Lead Plumber to join our team on a part-time basis (~20 hours per week) with a clear path to full-time for the right fit. Whether you're winding down your own business or looking for steady, flexible work without the overhead — this role is built for a seasoned pro who wants to do great work, stay sharp, and be respected for their craft.

Your Role

• Residential plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and making sound recommendations
• Professional customer-first experience on every job
• Truck inventory and cleanliness maintained to standard

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years residential plumbing experience
• Journeyman or master license a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean record
• Authorized to work in the US

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
