Maintenance Technician – Universe Living

Seeking experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain property safety, appearance, and function.

Key Duties:

• Complete daily work orders & emergency maintenance.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs.
• Inspect property, report issues, and follow safety protocols.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years maintenance experience; HVAC cert a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; operate tools/equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills.
