Residential Maintenance Technician

Then Nulf Management Services is seeking someone just like you to join our team as a Residential Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be entrusted with the daily maintenance of our properties, supporting the maintenance process, coordinating with tenants to create your own schedule, completing unit turnovers, general and emergency maintenance tasks with a focus on precision and dependability.
